Manual, semi-automatic and automatic dust-free core cutters are designed to cut paper cores in applications that require a precise, straight and clean cut. They are designed to meet every requirement of the customer.

Manual Cutting

Manual cutting is done by pressing the shoulder with the knife to the rotating core.

Semi-Automatic

Semi-automatic - The core is automatically pulled into the machine and is cut according to the set receipt.

Automatic

Automatic - Machine cuts the prescribed size and number of pieces together with the loader.

Manual Dust-Free Cutter

Manual dust-free cutter is designed for cutting paper cores in applications that require a precise, straight and clean cut.
Insert a paper tube with an inner diameter of 25 to 152 mm and length up to 2000 mm (for a standard model) into the cutter. Use the slider to set the length you want to cut. The gauge serves as a slider when scrolling. The core is rotated by two pulling rollers below the place of cut. The sharp knife is pushed to the care by the shoulder and cuts it without any dust produced. On one cutter, it is possible to cut more diameters with the adapter.

The cutter has a security certificate.

Semi-automatic core cutter, is a machine capable of cutting paper slices according to a preset cutting plan.

The operator manually places the paper core into the jaws of the machine, the machine measures the length of the core and pulls it into the cutting mechanism. Then it performs the cuts as required.

The automatic cutter, with the core holder serves for the automatic cutting of a large number of cores according to the preset cutting plan.

The required amount of cores is loaded into the container, the preferred cutting plan is selected and the cutter starts cutting without any operator's intervention until the job is complete.
